I'll be sure to return and highly recomend their store. I purchased two phones from HassleFreeCell their service was outstanding, I recieved both the phones in a timely manner and the products were in great condition.
The whole experience was a disappointing one. I would have returned it right away, but I did not have enough time to return and buy another one before x-mas. I received a credt from the sellers for that.However, after the product reached my brother who lives outside the US, he told me that the power adapter lid does not stay closed. It is better to pay a higher price and purchase a good product, than to be left disatisfied.The message, dont necessarily trust what they claim, there are some who give you a lower price but will sell you an inferior product. I am sad about that. I wanted to surprise my brother for x-mas with RAZR V3 phone.
I complained about getting a used product for a new one. The whole experience was very disappointing for me, although I recieved some credit back after I complained from the sellers. I was happy to buy the phone for a reasonable price from Amazon. There is not doubt that the product was a brokena and used one, and was packaged as new. Lesson learned. But, when I opened the product I noticed some scratch although the external plastic package is still on it.
It fells off regularly and he has to attach it with some plastic.
I sent it back to them at my expense and they sent me an email later saying that the manufacturer is recalling them. The blue razr is defective. It would not pick up any kind of signal.
Great value for you money. Cool color, stylish. Number pad is very sensitive and intuative, Signal retention is very good and voice clarity is best I have found.
I finally gave the phone to my nephew and he had the same problem hearing callers. It was very difficult to hear any callers on this phone. What did warrant the 1 star rating was the sound quality of the phone.
I successfully registered the phone on my Cingular network (now AT&T). I wish that had been listed in the phone description as I would not have purchased the phone. I purchased this phone for myself.
That alone would not have warranted a 1 star rating. Poor quality phone However, the menu items, options, etc.
were not in US English which I found to be very irritating.
